How to Apply

For students applying to the San Antonio or Phoenix campuses:

The following admission requirements are to be completed before the admission deadline.

Must be 18 years of age.
Submit the completed Application for Admission form, Previous Education and Training Form, Application Disclosure and Consent form, and the Applicant Statistical Data form.
Receipt of official transcripts for college prerequisite courses completed at the time of application.
Receipt of official transcripts for GED or High School Diploma.
NET/HOBNET Entrance Test with a minimum percentage scores of 50 in Reading and Math. The printable registration form for the test is available here. (San Antonio only)
Attend an Open House session.
Submit the score of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) examination. (Required of international applicants from countries where English is not the first or primary language.)
Nurse Aide competency applicants please see department section (Catalog page 92).

For students applying to the Phoenix campus:

Students applying for admission to the Professional Nursing program at the Phoenix campus must meet all the admission requirements as specified by the Baptist School of Health Professions. The program offered at the Phoenix campus is an employer-sponsored cohort (Abrazo Health Care). Students admitted into the program are provided 100% pre-paid tuition in exchange for a three year work/loan agreement with Abrazo Health Care. Since the Phoenix campus is an employer-sponsored cohort, only students who meet the Baptist School of Health Professions admission requirements and sign a work/loan agreement are eligible for admission.
