Activate Your Account
As soon as you are accepted to the Baptist School of Health Professions and you have been processed as a student you will be provisioned an account. You should have received an email from "firstname.lastname@example.org" at your personal email address that you used when submitting your online application which contains your Student ID, Username, Email Address, and Temporary Password.
The first steps as outlined in the email is to activate your account and reset your password. This is an important part of the process as it sets your status as active in all our systems.
Log onto https://idm.bshp.edu/pwm with your username and temporary password from the email. Upon logging in for the first time it will prompt you to setup your security questions, add a sms text phone, and a personal email address for account unlocks/password resets in the future. If you skip this step then the first time you login to an application it will prompt you to setup your security questions and also add a sms text phone number.
*Note: If you do not change your password, you will not able to access your email on a mobile device
