Help Desk

The Online Helpdesk is the first contact with the IT-IS Department for all faculty, staff, and students related to any BSHP resources.

Onsite and Remote Support is provided for but not limited to the following:

  • Students, Faculty, and Staff Email
  • Moodle Online
  • Camtasia Relay
  • Remark
  • SonisWeb
  • Single Sign-On
  • Computer Labs*
  • Faculty and Staff PCs*
  • Student PCs*
  • Wireless Network
  • Wired Network

*Limited to supported software only.

In order to provide quality support to streamline requests please click on the link below and utilize the ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For best practices the IS department has complete archives and history of all your support requests.
