For students applying for Admissions:
The following admission requirements are to be completed before the admission deadline.
1. Must be 18 years of age.
2. Must hold a recognized High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
3. Complete an online application.
4. Complete the entrance exam.
**The following program applicants are required to pass the admission TEAS V test with the following minimum scores:
- AAS in Nursing
Reading 69, Math 63.3, Science 45.8 and English 60.
-Vocational Nursing
Reading 69, Math 63.3, Science 45.8 and English 60.
-AAS in Radiologic Technology
Reading 69, Math 63.3, Science 45.8 and English 60.
-AAS in Surgical Technology
Reading 50 and Math 50
**On the homepage of ATI if you scroll down on the right hand side you wll see Register for TEAS and Register for TEAS at Pearson Vue. Register for TEAS is for testing locations at St. Mary's University or Baptist Health System, cost is $60. Register for TEAS at PSI has several locations and you must select TEAS 5.0 version, cost is $100. (If you are purchasing the study guide you will buy the TEAS V version)**
4. Receipt of official transcripts for college prerequisite courses completed at the time of application.
**Transcripts must be mailed from school, we will not accept hand delivered transcripts**
5. Submit the score of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) examination. (Required of international applicants from countries where English is not the first or primary language.)
6. Nurse Aide competency applicants please see department section (Catalog page 92).
