For students applying for Admissions:
The following admission requirements are to be completed before the admission deadline.
1. Must be 18 years of age.
2. Complete an online application.
3. Complete the entrance exam.
- Professional Nursing, Vocational Nursing, Surgical Technology and Radiologic Technology- require TEAS V test
(If you are purchasing the study guide then you will buy the TEAS V version)

4. Receipt of official transcripts for college prerequisite courses completed at the time of application.
**Transcripts must be mailed from school, we will not accept hand delivered transcripts**
5. Submit the score of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) examination. (Required of international applicants from countries where English is not the first or primary language.)
6. Nurse Aide competency applicants please see department section (Catalog page 92).
