The Online Helpdesk is the first contact with IS for all students related to any SHP resources. The SHP Online Helpdesk serves the Baptist Health System School of Health Professions, including students, faculty, and staff.
The SHP Online Helpdesk provides general support to students with Moodle, Sonis, and Student Email issues. The SHP Online Helpdesk also provides general support to faculty and staff with miscellaneous SHP software and hardware issues, including classrooms. The SHP Online Helpdesk is available to students, faculty, and staff between regular business hours (8am – 5pm) and weekends. Tickets submitted during regular business hours will be answered within 2-4 hours and weekend tickets will be answered between 24 hours.
In order to provide quality support to streamline support requests please click on the link and utilize the ticket system. (http://support.bshp.edu) Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For best practices the IS department has complete archives and history of all your support requests.
