2018 Master TeacherCongratulations to Pam Flentge one of our Pillars and a 2018 Master Teacher award winner!  She is committed to instilling her values in regard to quality in her education of students.  She is a great communicator who brings energy and a focus on collaboration with results to her interactions with her peers and with her students.

She is respectful and engaging - making an effort to learn every student's name and addressing them by name when speaking with them.  She is trustworthy and earns trust from both students and staff.  She is often a person that serves as a mentor and provides valuable insight for how to deal with difficult situations.

Her level of expertise and knowledge of the educational program make her a high values contributor to the organization and she is respected as one of the "go-to" faculty by all that know her.  Her organizational skills are integrated with a clear path to positive change and enhancement.  Her pride in a job well done is evident in every task she undertakes.
