Baptist health system school of health professions
She exhibits pride in her work and accepts responsibility. She is approachable, optimistic, and an amazing problem solver. She makes sure things don’t fall through the cracks. Listening to her in meetings, it’s clear she’s on top of the issues and ready to serve. She’s prepared and ready to implement decisions and move things along. She picks up her phone when it rings and answers with a friendly greeting, never complaining about not having time to talk. When I see her in the hall, she’s always in a good mood and wearing a smile.
Last year, she volunteered to assist our hospitals during the Cerner downtime. She was dispatched to NCBH for an intense day. Feeling out of her comfort zone, she became a valuable contributor in a time of need and once again showed how valuable she is. She also found herself as the senior staff person in her department, taking on extra responsibilities and training new employees. Through all of this change, she remained positive and energetic and was promoted as the school’s new registrar.
